Laurie Trott
Laurie celebrated thirty years in amateur theatre in 2004. Appearing in many shows for Hereford Operatic Society, Laurie has directed and choreographed many of our shows, as you can see below. She is also a member of Christchurch Theatre Club along with her sons, Alex and Ben. Laurie is also the production secretary on our main committee.

Most wanted to play: Lina Lamont in “Singin’ in the Rain”
First job: My first job was teaching speech and drama
First ever record: "Hard Day's Night" by The Beatles of course
Favourite film: Chicago and West Side Story
Interesting story: Performed in a variety show with Jim Davidson and Jeremy Beadle at the Barry Young’s Stardust Club, also acted in the Birmingham Rep. Theatre with Brian Cox, Michael Gambon (The Singing Detective) and many other now famous actors
